‘Blackout’ is the fifth studio album by American pop singer Britney Spears. It is scheduled for release on October 29th 2007 in the UK and October 30th 2007 in the U.S.A., Canada and New Zealand. It is her first studio album of new material since ‘In The Zone’ in 2003. ‘Gimme More’ is a song written by James Washington, Keri Hilson, Marcella Araica and Nate Hills and produced by Danja, it is the first single from the album and Spears’s highest peaking single in the United States since ‘Baby One More Time’, having reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100.
